A fine drinking horn, passed along by a coy stranger missing a finger, that dares whoever holds it to drink deeply. Fill it with whisky or some equally potent spirit, drain it in a single pull, and a storm gathers itself around you. The tempest it summons is never quite the same twice, arriving on its own schedule and ranging from foul weather to ruin. The stranger's missing finger is a warning the horn does not bother to repeat.
