A pale blue-gray cloak of exquisitely fine wool, embroidered with stylized clouds in aetherium wire and runes stitched along the hem. It feels damp, smells of rain and ozone, and flutters in a breeze that isn't there — a proud storm-spirit thrums inside it, impatient and mute.

Worn and given its word of command, the spirit springs to life and serves as a follower, bearing its master aloft on swirling winds, raising storms, and flinging lightning. But it never wants to land, and it delights in "not hearing" orders it dislikes.
