Heightened (6th) If the target is a commercial, tactical, advanced, or superior weapon, it becomes an elite weapon, gaining a +2 item bonus to attack rolls and increasing the number of weapon damage dice to three. Heightened (9th) The target becomes a paragon weapon, gaining a +3 to item bonus to attack rolls and increasing the number of weapon damage dice to four.
