You supercharge the targets' electromagnetism and pull them with a tether of lightning. Make a ranged spell attack against each target. If you attack two targets, both attacks count toward your multiple attack penalty, but it doesn't increase until after both attacks. The targets each take 4d8 electricity damage and are pulled 5 feet closer to you, or 10 feet closer on a critical hit. If both attacks hit, you can choose to move the creatures closer to one another instead of closer to you. Moving a target into a barrier, creature, or obstacle causes the target to stop before entering that space. --- Heightened (+1) The damage increases by 1d8.
