Grants +2 circumstance bonus to saves against diseases, poisons, and radiation; converts successful saves to critical successes and critical failures to normal failures.
--- Your unusual synthetic physiology enables you to resist aliments even better than most constructed or biological organisms. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to saving throws against diseases, poisons, and radiation. If you roll a success on a saving throw against a disease, poison, or radiation, you get a critical success instead. If you roll a critical failure on the save, you get a failure instead.
