Sync Up

You've learned to hone your psychic abilities to create a bespoke hive mind. You let out a psychic battle cry that links yourself and up to 10 allies within range of your limited telepathy into a temporary hive mind for 3 rounds, allowing them to communicate telepathically with everyone else in the hive mind. You and the allies in your hive mind become quickened for 3 rounds and can use the extra action only to Step, Stride, or prepare to Aid. For the duration, you and all allies in your hive mind can't be flanked. If an ally in your hive mind uses a ranged Strike against a target being flanked by two other allies in your hive mind, that target is off-guard to that Strike. Allies who leave the range of your limited telepathy lose all benefits of being in your hive mind as long as they remain outside of your limited telepathy.
