You're practiced in the art of diverting attention quickly and subtly. When you succeed at an attempt to Create a Diversion, you can immediately Sneak or Step as a free action. Additionally, creatures only become aware you were trying to trick them if you critically fail to Create a Diversion. Otherwise the creature assumes that your diversion was part of your regular bravado.
