Shatter Spell
When you successfully counteract a spell with dispel magic, you detonate the unraveled magic in a blast: the target creature in the spell effect's space takes force damage equal to...
You don't simply defuse enemy spells—you shatter them in a blast of magical force. If the next action you use is to cast dispel magic and you successfully counteract the target, one creature of your choice occupying the same space as the spell effect or magic item takes force damage equal to 1d4 × the target's counteract rank (basic Reflex vs. your spell DC). If the target has a damage-type trait (such as fire), it deals that type instead.
Jailbreak Either deal damage to every creature in the spell area or adjacent to the targeted magic item, or deal 1d6 damage × the counteract rank instead.
