Prismatic Display

You rapidly shift the colors of your skin to throw off the senses of those around you. Attempt a Deception check against the Perception DCs of all creatures within melee reach. On a success, the creature becomes clumsy 1 until the end of your turn (clumsy 2 on a critical success). Regardless of the result of your check, each creature is then temporarily immune to Prismatic Display for 10 minutes.
