Mournful Howl

The sight of an ally near death overwhelms you with sorrow. In an act of frustration, you unleash a mournful, keening howl that forces your enemies to share in your heartbreak. You deal 6d6 nonlethal mental damage to all enemies in a 30-foot emanation (basic Will save using your class DC or spell DC, whichever is higher). The damage increases by 1d6 for every two levels you have beyond 13th.
