--- Halfling musicians have a magical trick handed down from artist to artist, so they're always prepared for an impromptu gig. You become trained in Performance. If you would automatically become trained in Performance (from a background or class, for example), you instead become trained in a skill of your choice. Additionally, you gain Summon Instrument as an occult innate cantrip. A cantrip is heightened to a spell rank equal to half your level rounded up.
