You can retrain all feats with the LFAN trait as a part of your daily preparations. You can use the Implant Augmentation downtime activity even if you don't meet the prerequisites. If you're an expert in Crafting or Medicine, you can Implant Augmentation in 10 minutes per item level of the augmentation. If you're a master in Crafting or Medicine, you can Implant Augmentation in 1 minute per item level.
