When you store items in your cheek pouches, they no longer significantly alter your speech. You can store up to 10 Bulk of items in your cheek pouches, and items stored in your cheek pouches can have a dimension longer than 1 foot, so long as they could still reasonably fit in your mouth. While stored in your extradimensional pouches, these items are virtually undiscoverable, and the DC to detect the items is equal to the higher of your class DC or spell DC + 10.
