Hold the Link

When you're psychically harmed, it causes pain you won't soon forget, but you've learned to grab hold of that pain and share it with your psychic attacker, to teach them what it feels like. When you use the Shared Link reaction, after you resolve its effects, the targeted creature takes a –1 status penalty to saves against mental effects and has a weakness to mental effects equal to half your level until the end of your next turn. Special If the target has resistance (but not immunity) to mental damage, it instead loses its resistance for the duration.
