You can manipulate objects with your smaller middle limbs while pretending to be otherwise occupied, drawing attention away from your clandestine activities. You gain the Subtle Theft feat. As long as your primary hands are holding or wielding items other than an infiltrator's toolkit, the circumstance penalty to notice your misdeeds extends to attempts to Disarm a Device or Pick a Lock.
