--- Heightened gravity barely affects you thanks to your sturdy body. Ignore the effects of high and extreme gravity on your carrying capacity, falling damage, jumping distance, and Speed. You don't take bludgeoning damage every minute in extreme gravity. Additionally, while in high gravity, your first weapon Strike each round that uses a melee weapon that deals bludgeoning, slashing, or piercing damage gains a status bonus to damage equal to the number of weapon damage dice (or twice the number of weapon damage dice in extreme gravity).
