--- A lifetime living in a chitinous exoskeleton has given you rare insight on how to maneuver when wearing different types of armor, and your expertise only grows each time you shed and form an exoskeleton anew. You become trained in light armor and gain the armor specialization effect of light armor. If you're trained in medium or heavy armor, you gain the respective armor specialization effect of those armors as well.
