Your body stores cellular kinetic energy as a static charge. You discharge this electricity in a 10-foot emanation (15 feet if you're in a body of water). All creatures in the area take 5d6 electricity damage (basic Reflex save against the higher of your class DC or spell DC). On a critical failure, a creature becomes immobilized for 1 round. At 13th level, the damage increases to 8d6. At 17th level, the damage increases to 11d6.
