You have spent more of your life away from elven communities than you have within them and have grown accustomed to living surrounded by other species. You've buried more non-elven friends than most elves will make across their entire lifetimes, and you will carry the memories of these friends for centuries. During your daily preparations, you can reminisce about a lost friend, gaining the Assurance skill feat for one skill you're trained in. This lasts until you prepare again. Since this skill feat is temporary, you can't use it to satisfy a prerequisite for a permanent character option.
