Blood-Tinged Attack

You channel a portion of your blood into your weapon to empower your next Strike. The first time you successfully Strike a creature before the end of your turn, your target becomes tinged with your blood for the next minute. Double the range of any of your spells that target any creature tinged with your blood. In addition, you don't need line of sight to target them with spells, though you still need line of effect. Special Blood-tinged Attack is a free action if you're taking persistent bleed damage.
