Frequent backups prevent data loss. You regain one expended spell slot that is at least 2 ranks lower than your highest-rank spell slot and takes 1, 2, or 3 actions to cast. You immediately cast a cached spell using that slot. The number of actions for Backup Spell equals the action cost of the cast spell. Afterward, you're stupefied 3 and any tech gear you attempt to use is glitching 3 until the end of your next turn.
Jailbreak Tech gear you attempt to use until the end of your next turn isn't glitching 3.
