Whatever the case, you always have the tools to hack into secure systems—just don't get caught! Choose two attribute boosts. One must be to Intelligence or Wisdom, and one is a free attribute boost. You're trained in the Computers skill, and the Technology Lore skill. You gain the Phreaker skill feat.
