You know better than most the power of electricity, having survived several close calls yourself, and you know firsthand how shocking it can be when something goes wrong. Whether you learned by installing power stations or repairing broken circuits, you're familiar with the positives and negatives of electricity. Choose two attribute boosts. One must be to Constitution or Intelligence, and one is a free attribute boost. You're trained in the Crafting skill, and the Physical Science Lore skill. You gain the Electrical Engineer skill feat.
