Automatic:

Implant one augmentation at your character level or lower outside your implant limit; the first selection is free if item level 1 or less. Upgrade by swapping augmentations when you level up or via downtime, paying the cost difference each time. Take this feat multiple times for additional augmentations. Your body is a temple to change and technology. Since a young age, you've been upgrading your anatomy with augmentations, perhaps after a terrible accident, as part of an experiment, or because you desire to transform your body into something more. Choose two attribute boosts. One must be to Strength or Constitution, and one is a free attribute boost. You're trained in the Crafting skill, and the Augmentation Lore skill. You gain the Augmented Body skill feat.
