Telepathic Broadcast

Your thoughts begin broadcasting to those around you, often resulting in a loss of self-control as intrusive thoughts become outwardly projected at inopportune times. This curse was felt by many communities across The Pact Worlds during the birth of The Newborn and tends to manifest around significant deposits of aucturnite ore. Saving Throw DC 38 Will Effect Everyone within 15 feet of you can hear your surface thoughts. If you can already communicate telepathically with creatures farther away than 15 feet, everyone within range of your telepathy or limited telepathy can hear your surface thoughts instead. You can't lie to creatures who can read your surface thoughts, and you take a –2 status penalty to Charisma-based checks as you begin to lose your sense of self under the effects of this curse.
