While originally developed to secure venues hosting ambassadors and other high-ranking diplomats, this curse is also used on violent criminals in some jurisdictions. Saving Throw DC 19 WIll Effect Your attacks and the spells you cast gain the Nonlethal trait. You can't cast spells or Strike if it would deal lethal damage or has the death or Void trait.
