Originating in devils, no one is certain whether this disease resulted from diabolic biohacking or if it mutated in the body of a devil. Devil chill can affect fiends and celestials even if they're immune to disease, but fiends will never progress beyond stage 1, and the disease gains the Virulent trait while infecting a celestial creature.
