You change from bipedal posture to quadrupedal posture or from quadrupedal to bipedal. Choose a set of active hands. Depending on your posture, you have different physical properties. Bipedal: Your land Speed is 20 feet. You gain the Stretching Reach ancestry feat, even if you don't meet the prerequisites. Quadrupedal: Your land Speed is 30 feet. Your middle limbs can't hold anything or be designated as active hands.
