A speedster is a light, streamlined chassis — part clockwork, part steam-powered alchemy — built roughly in the shape of a horse or other fast creature. It holds a rapid pace by default and can run faster still in short bursts by venting stored steam pressure.
A single pilot drives it (Driving Lore DC 27, or Crafting DC 29) and it carries one passenger. The chassis is 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and 5 feet high, hardness 15. Price 2,900 gp.
