A bulky pack conceals twin balloons that inflate on command, giving a lone wearer brief propeller-steered flight.
What appears to be a simple, if bulky, backpack conceals clockwork devices that can inflate two large balloons, carrying the wearer through the air for brief periods. Propellers let the pilot steer while aloft.
