You create a massive display of loud and colorful explosions. The explosions deal 4d6 fire damage. Creatures that fail their saves must attempt an additional fortitude save. Creatures that critically fail their saves take a -2 circumstance penalty to this Fortitude save. Success The creature is unaffected. Failure The creature is and for 1 round. Critical Failure The creature is blinded for 1 round and and deafened for 1 minute.
