Confetti Cloud
A scalable burst of raucous color blinds a battlefield, hiding combatants in swirling paper while muffling the sounds of danger.
You conjure a dense storm of swirling confetti. All creatures within the area of the confetti become Concealed, and all creatures outside the storm become concealed to creatures within it. Additionally, creatures in the area of the confetti continually hear the raucous sounds of a party or festival and take a -2 circumstance penalty on Perception checks to hear. The number of actions you spend when Casting this Spell determines its area. You can Dismiss the spell. 1 (somatic) The spell's area is a 5-foot burst. 2 (somatic, verbal) The spell's area is a 10-foot burst. 3 (material, somatic, verbal) The spell's area is a 15-foot burst.
