A drover's whip and lasso keep livestock in line, and work just as well dragging down and hogtying a person who won't stay put.
Drovers specialize in moving herds of livestock over large distances, and the whip and lasso that keep cattle in line work just as well on a person who won't stay put.
Hogtie [Two Actions] Requirements A creature is grappled or restrained by the drover's lasso; Effect The drover can pull the grappled creature up to 20 feet. Then, if the creature is within reach, the drover hogties it, attempting to Grapple it again.
