A sharp-eyed rogue reads a fight a step ahead of everyone else, striking hardest whenever an ally opens a foe up first.
Delamar Gianvin is a sly, sharp-eyed rogue who reads a fight a step ahead of everyone else, slipping his rapier in the moment an opening appears. He is hardest to catch flat-footed and deadliest when the first blow is his.
In play
Deny Advantage Delamar isn't flat-footed to creatures of 6th level or lower that are hidden, undetected, flanking, or using surprise attack.
Nimble Opportunist [Reaction] Trigger A creature within Delamar's melee reach is hit by a melee attack from one of his allies; Effect Delamar makes a Strike against the triggering creature with a –2 penalty to the attack roll. He can't deal sneak attack damage on this Strike. After this Strike, Delamar can Stride without triggering reactions.
Surprise Attack On the first round of combat, if Delamar rolled Deception or Stealth for initiative, creatures that haven't acted are flat-footed to him.
