Wizard Sponge
Torches and flame spells only feed it strength, so burning this crawling acid mass out of a dungeon backfires badly.
commonFungusMindlessSwarm
A wizard sponge is a creeping mass of acidic flesh that oozes across floor and ceiling alike, dissolving anything it slithers over and feeding on the fire meant to burn it.
In play
- Fire Healing Anytime a wizard sponge would take fire damage, it instead regains 1d8 Hit Points (regardless of the amount of damage the fire effect would have caused).
- Swarming Slither [Single Action] The wizard sponge slithers over each creature in its space, dealing 2d10 acid damage (DC 20 basic Reflex save). A creature that critically fails is sickened 1.
- Suction Wizard sponges can climb on ceilings and other inverted surfaces.
