Vizier Archdragon
A counselor-dragon whose every word carries cosmic weight can't be silenced by lesser magic, and rescues an ally's failed save.
The vizier archdragon is wisdom enthroned in scale, a counselor-dragon whose every word carries the weight of the cosmos and whose advice can turn a battle as surely as its claws. When a vizier speaks, the universe leans in to listen.
The dragon has +1 status to all saves vs. magic.

Dragontongue When a dragon speaks, the universe listens. The dragon is immune to silence and abilities that would prevent them from speaking if the source's level is lower than the dragon's or its rank is lower than half the dragon's level rounded up.
