Umasi

These flesh-grafting warriors can't be healed by ordinary means, immune to vitality and void damage, fighting on while flesh remains.

uncommonAberrationHumanoid

Umasi are grafters of their own flesh, warriors who cannot be healed by ordinary means and instead stitch themselves back together with harvested tissue. They strike with claw, spiked shield, and a poison-tipped blowgun, immortal so long as there is flesh to take.

Immortal Flesh Umasi can't heal or recover HP in any way except their flesh grafting techniques (see sidebar). However, despite being living creatures, they don't take damage from either positive or negative damage.
