Theater Phantasm
Destroying this haunted stage's spirit is only round one — a mental blast hits everyone nearby, and the phantasm quietly rebuilds itself within a week.
A theater phantasm is the haunting of a stage that never let its final performance end, a spirit woven from applause, stage fright, and stolen feeling. It plays its scene again and again, dressing the air with phantom props and feeding on the emotions of any audience it can trap.
In play
- Catharsis (emotion, enchantment, mental, occult) When a theater phantasm is destroyed, it emits waves of emotional energy. All creatures within 50 feet take 10d6 mental damage (DC 34 basic Will save) as they experience a crushing barrage of emotions.
- Dramatic Return (necromancy, occult) A destroyed theater phantasm slowly reforms to full strength over the course of 1 week.
