Samsaran Anchorite
A reclusive seeker of enlightenment whose flashes of past lives grant sudden foresight the instant a fight begins.
Many samsarans prefer a reclusive life in their attempts to achieve enlightenment. The anchorite is one such seeker — a soul haunted by flashes of lives already lived, drawing strange foresight from memories that are not quite their own.

If this causes the anchorite to be the first creature to act, they also become quickened for 1 round, but they can use the extra action only to Recall Knowledge or Step.
