Roper
A patient ambush predator disguised as a stalactite lashes sticky strands at anything that moves nearby, reeling it toward grinding teeth.
Patient and nearly indistinguishable from a stalactite or weathered pillar, the roper waits in the dark for prey to wander close. Then sticky strands lash out from its stony hide, reeling the doomed creature toward a maw full of grinding teeth.
It holds +2 status to all saves vs. magic.
