Rokurokubi
Its head can strike from across a room while the body stays put, feeding on confusion before anyone spots the real danger.
By day a rokurokubi passes for an ordinary person; by night its neck stretches grotesquely long, letting its head snake across a room to feed while the body sits still. It is a patient predator that savors its victims' confusion.

They gain a +4 circumstance bonus to AC against the triggering attack. If the attack misses, they catch the bomb in their mouth and harmlessly drink its contents down, regaining Hit Points equal to the bomb's item level.
