Noppera-Bo Grunt
A faceless impersonator borrows a stolen face and body, its blank visage unnerving anyone who looks too closely.
A faceless humanoid that wears stolen identities like masks, the noppera-bo grunt unnerves at a glance — a smooth blank where eyes and mouth should be — and walks among its victims wearing their borrowed faces.
Sensitive Hearing As long as a noppera-bo is deafened, they are slowed 1.
Impersonate Shape [Two Actions] (Concentrate, Occult, Polymorph, Transmutation) The noppera-bo grunt changes into a faceless version of a Small or Medium humanoid they've touched during the last 24 hours. While transformed and their face is covered, the grunt gains a +2 circumstance bonus to Impersonate that creature. The noppera-bo grunt can change back by using this ability again.
