Mengkare is an ancient gold dragon and a would-be savior of mortalkind, a philosopher-king who gathered the worthy onto his sanctuary island to forge a perfect society under his golden eye. His benevolence and his certainty are equally vast, and woe to any who threaten the world he means to remake.
