Hyphae Tyrant
Killing it doesn't end the threat — its death unleashes a burst that heals nearby fungus and blights everything else close by.
A towering mass of interwoven fungus that has grown a will of its own, the hyphae tyrant rules the rot it spreads, hurling clusters of poison spores at anything warm-blooded that strays into its grove.
Spore Burst (healing, negative) When a hyphae tyrant dies, a burst of primal energy explodes from its body in a 30-foot emanation, restoring 3d8 to each fungus creature and dealing 3d8 negative damage (DC 20 basic Fortitude save) to each non-fungus creature in the area. This area is filled with fungus, becoming difficult terrain.
