Giant Tsetse Fly
A single bite starts a clock — its sleeping sickness worsens day by day, from weakness toward death if left untreated.
A dog-sized bloodsucker on droning wings, the giant tsetse fly is bred as a living weapon — its bite carries a wasting sleep that no amount of rest can shake. A group of evil druids near Bloodcove captured and bred large tsetse flies to distill and empower the disease they spread.
