Faceless Butcher
This horror can mask its dread aura by wearing another shape, then drop the disguise and lash out with a cleaver in each hand.
A faceless butcher is a hulking, blank-visaged horror that wades into a fight with a cleaver in each fist, terror rolling off it like a stench.
