Dracolisk
A dragon-basilisk hybrid locks prey's limbs stiff with a petrifying stare while breathing the fire of its draconic half.
Born of an unholy crossing between dragon and basilisk, the dracolisk is a winged horror whose gaze can lock a creature's limbs in slow petrifaction even as its jaws and claws tear in. It carries the worst of both bloodlines: the stony stare of the basilisk and the breath weapon of the dragon.

Petrifying Glance [Reaction] (arcane, aura, transmutation, visual) Trigger A creature within 30 feet that the dracolisk can see starts its turn; Effect The target must attempt a DC 26 Fortitude save. If it fails, it becomes slowed 1 for 1 minute as its body stiffens.
