Culdewen
A river hag fights like an angler, hooking victims with a wicked barb and hauling them in while the wound bleeds freely.
A culdewen is a hunched, water-dwelling hag who plies the rivers and fens in a battered boat, dragging the unwary down with a wicked fish hook. She fights like an angler landing a catch — hooking, hauling, and beating back anything that struggles.
Hooked A creature struck by the culdewen's fish hook is skewered, taking 1d4 persistent bleed damage as long as the hook remains stuck in it. The fish hook can be removed if a creature Escapes (DC 25), pulling it free.
