Bodak

What remains when a mortal is wholly consumed by daemonic hatred, this eyeless husk drains life from anyone nearby and shuns the sun.

uncommonUndead

A bodak is what remains when a mortal is utterly consumed by the influence of a daemonic power — a gaunt, eyeless husk of hatred that drains the life from anything it perceives. Sunlight is its undoing, so it lurks in lightless places.

The bodak has negative healing.

In play

Sunlight Vulnerability If exposed to direct sunlight, the bodak can't use actions with the death trait and it becomes slowed 1. The slowed value increases by 1 each time the bodak ends its turn in sunlight. If the bodak loses all its actions this way, it is destroyed.

Draining Glance [Reaction] (aura, death, necromancy, occult, visual) Trigger A living creature within 30 feet that the bodak can perceive with its lifesense starts its turn; Effect The target must attempt a DC 23 Fortitude save. If it fails, the bodak regains 5 Hit Points and the target becomes drained 1.
