Adult Phase Dragon
A restless explorer bound to teleportation magic can't be held by any single place, wandering at whim after the next secret worth learning.
No place can hold a phase dragon, or even hold its interest for long. Its innate arcane nature binds it to teleportation and the magic of repositioning, and so it wanders at whim — an explorer and scholar forever chasing the next locale and the next secret of moving between them.
In play
Unerring Location The dragon automatically attempts to counteract any teleportation effect that targets them (counteract rank 7th, counteract modifier +25). The dragon can choose to be affected normally instead.
